Phase 4 of 2024 Lok Sabha Elections: Constituencies and States

The fourth Phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, which will see 96 seats distributed among 10 states and union territories, will begin on Monday, May 13. In Phase 4 of the general elections, votes will be cast for all 25 seats in Andhra Pradesh, all 17 constituencies in Telangana, 13 seats in Uttar Pradesh, 11 seats in Maharashtra, 8 seats in West Bengal, 8 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 5 seats in each of Jharkhand and Bihar, 4 seats in Odisha, and 1 seat in Jammu and Kashmir.

Andhra Pradesh: All 25 constituencies in the southern coastal state

Araku (ST), Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Amalapuram (SC), Rajahmundry, Narsapuram, Eluru, Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur, Narasaraopet, Bapatla (SC), Ongole, Nandyal, Kurnool, Nellore, Thirupati (SC), Rajampet, Chittoor (SC), Hindupur, Anantapur, Kadapa

Telangana: All 17 constituencies in the south of state

Adilabad (ST), Peddapalli (SC), Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Zahirabad, Medak, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Chevella, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Nagarkurnool (SC), Bhongir, Warangal (SC), Mahbubabad (ST), Khammam

Jharkhand: Four of the eastern state’s 14 constituencies

Odisha: Four of the eastern state’s 21 constituencies

Kalahandi, Nabarangpur (ST), Berhampur, Koraput (ST)

Uttar Pradesh: Thirteen of the northern state’s 80 constituencies

Shahjahanpur, Kheri, Dharuhara, Sitapur, Hardoi, Misrikh, Unnao, Farrukhabad, Etawah, Kannauj, Kanpur, Akbarpur, Bahraich (SC)

Madhya Pradesh: Eight of the central state’s 29 constituencies

 Dewas, Ujjain, Mandsour, Ratlam, Dhar, Indore, Khargone, Khandwa

Bihar: Five of the eastern state’s 40 constituencies

Darbhanga, Ujiarpur, Samastipur, Begusarai, Munger 

Maharashtra: Eleven of the western state’s 48 constituencies

Nandurbhar, Jalgaon, Raver, Jalna, Aurangabad, Maval, Pune, Shirur, Ahmednagar, Shirdi, Beed

West Bengal: Eight of the eastern state’s 42 constituencies

Baharampur, Krishnanagar, Ranaghat, Bardhaman Purba, Bardhaman-Durgapur, Asansol, Bolpur, Birbhum

Jammu and Kashmir: One of the union territory’s five constituencies

How many electors will participate in Phase 4?

Phase 4 voting is open to more than 17.70 crore voters, consisting of 8.97 crore male and 8.73 crore female voters.19.99 lakh PwD voters and over 12.49 lakh registered voters who are 85 years of age or over

 Phase 4 voting will occur from 7 A.M. to 6 p.m. Nonetheless, the poll closing times may vary depending on the parliamentary constituency.
