Phase 5 of the seven phases of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is set to take place on Monday, May 20, 2024, signaling the beginning of the final stages of the election. In six states and two union territories, 49 constituencies will open their poll boxes and electronic voting machines. In phase 5, the fates of several prominent candidates will be sealed, to be revealed on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the final counting, according to the guidelines provided by the Election Commission of India (ECI). Among the well-known candidates for phase five are Rajnath Singh, Smriti Irani, Rahul Gandhi, and many more.
