Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani was born on March 7, 1976, in Burripalem, Tenali taluk, Guntur district. His parents, Suvarchala Samba Shivaraavu and he had one sibling. Growing up, Chandra Sekhar led a modest life, devoid of any extraordinary privileges. Despite being born in Burripalem, he spent a significant portion of his childhood in Narasarao Pet. From a young age, he exhibited exceptional talent. After completing his 10th grade in 1991 and his Intermediate in 1993, he aspired to become a doctor. In 1993-94, he secured the 27th rank in the EAMCET entrance exam and secured a seat at Osmania University, Hyderabad. His achievements in the Telugu media during those times earned him widespread acclaim.

Following his completion of PG, he became a teaching faculty at John’s University for about five years.
