Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP supremo, is set to be inaugurated as Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister for the fourth time on Wednesday. The oath-taking ceremony is scheduled for 11.27 am at Kesarapalli IT Park, near Gannavaram Airport on the outskirts of Vijayawada.
Later, leaders of the NDA submitted a letter to Andhra Pradesh Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, requesting Mr. Naidu’s invitation to form the government. A meeting convened in Vijayawada by NDA partners—Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Jana Sena Party (JSP), and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)—saw unanimous approval of Mr. Naidu as the NDA’s Legislative Assembly leader, proposed by JSP chief Pawan Kalyan. BJP State President Daggubati Purandeswari and elected MLAs from TDP, JSP, and BJP attended the meeting. PM Narendra Modi was also attended the oath-taking ceremony
