Actor Govinda is recovering well after accidentally shooting himself in the leg with his licensed revolver earlier today. The incident occurred around 4:45 a.m. when Govinda was preparing to leave for Kolkata to catch a morning flight. His brother, Kirti Kumar, confirmed that the bullet has been removed from his left leg, and Govinda is currently under observation at Mumbai’s CritiCare Hospital .
According to Govinda’s manager, the revolver fell from his hand while being kept in the cupboard, causing it to misfire. Fortunately, the injury was not severe, and Govinda’s condition is now stable.
