Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy is a prominent YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leader and the in-charge for the Macherla constituency in Andhra Pradesh’s Palnadu district. A four-time MLA (2009–2024), he began his career with the Congress before joining YSRCP in 2011, becoming one of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s close associates.
As Palnadu District President of YSRCP, Pinnelli has played a key role in party organisation, election strategies, and grassroots coordination. His political career, however, has been marred by controversies, including an EVM damage case during the May 2024 elections and being named in a 2025 double murder FIR involving two TDP leaders.
Despite the challenges, Pinnelli remains a significant figure in Macherla politics, known for his strong local influence and party leadership.
