Country music star Morgan Wallen has found himself in legal trouble once again. The “Whiskey Glasses” singer was arrested in Nashville on Sunday night following an incident at a downtown rooftop bar.
According to police reports, Wallen was charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct. The charges stem from an incident where Wallen allegedly threw a chair from the rooftop of the bar, landing dangerously close to police officers.
This isn’t the first time Wallen has faced controversy. In early 2021, he was caught on video using a racial slur, leading to a widespread backlash and temporary suspension from the music industry. He later apologized for his actions. Wallen was also arrested in 2020 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The recent arrest casts a shadow on Wallen’s career, which has otherwise seen immense success in recent years. His latest album, “Dangerous: The Double Album,” was one of the best-selling albums of 2021.
It remains to be seen how this latest incident will affect Wallen’s career and standing in the country music community.
